Robust and adaptable, the design withstands the island’s unique climate and atmosphere. A garage, doubling as a workshop, supports interior build-out, emphasizing practicality and creativity. Inside, the floor plan prioritizes efficiency: stacked bedrooms and bathrooms minimize construction costs, while a sloped roof optimizes headroom and solar panel placement. The L-shaped kitchen boasts full-height casework, and the living and dining areas feature high ceilings and large corner windows, creating open, inviting spaces. Monochromatic dark wood clads the exterior, with occasional light contrasts and a durable metal roof, ensuring longevity and aesthetic harmony.
