Brief: This series of prefabricated micro homes explores how mass timber construction can support compact, high-performance living. Each unit is built entirely from cross-laminated timber (CLT), with exposed interior surfaces that bring warmth, texture, and a strong connection to natural material.

Designed for off-site fabrication and efficient transport, the units arrive fully assembled and furnished. Constructed in a controlled environment, the process ensures consistency, reduces waste, and allows for quicker deployment across a range of sites. Each model balances spatial economy with thoughtful detailing. Custom casework, integrated appliances, and large steel-framed windows create a cohesive interior. Finishes include acoustic wall treatments, tiled and LVP flooring, and generous daylight throughout. Envelope performance is prioritized through high insulation values and minimized thermal bridging. Local material sourcing reduces embodied energy. The modular approach enables a smaller footprint while maintaining comfort, durability, and design clarity.
